The motivation to create this site is the rise of depression and stress among society. Even without the corona virus, our psychic lives in a bust and ever-growing modern world. Positive psychology coaching one of the modern ways to fight through stress and depression.
Technology and innovation brings us progress in our daily lives. However, at the same time, our daily schedule becomes evermore hard to manage. Just like our physical bodies need to be strong and fit, so do our brains need to be resilient and stress-free. Or, as the ancient Greeks used to say: “Mens sana in corpore sano” – “A strong mind in a strong body”. This site is all about assisting people reach a feeling of personal success and a happy life. In order to achieve this, we employ coaching tips and psychological advice of a positive psychologist consultants who create motivation via lectures and positive psychology coaching.
